PLATINUM PACKAGE:

As a Platinum consultant my role includes:

• Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email
• Development & assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
• Discussion of theme, colour, style and complete wedding/event design
• Research of wedding/event professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
• Attendance at unlimited  vendor appointments of your choice
• Unlimited hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process
• Visit to all locations (ceremony and reception) and sites prior to wedding/event
• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding/event day
• Wedding/Event Rehearsal Supervision

GOLD PACKAGE:

As a Gold consultant my role includes:

• Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email
• Development & assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
• Discussion of theme, colour, style and complete wedding/event design
• Research of wedding/event professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
• Attendance at 5 vendor appointments of your choice
• Unlimited hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process
• Visit to all locations (ceremony and reception) and sites prior to wedding/event
• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding/event day
• Wedding/Event Rehearsal Supervision (2 hour maximum)

SILVER PACKAGE:

As a Silver consultant my role includes:

• Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email
• Meeting of client(s) in-person consultation to discuss itinerary for Wedding/Event Day
• Visit to all locations (ceremony and reception) and sites prior to wedding/event
• Wedding/Event Rehearsal Supervision (2 hour maximum)

We understand at Stahr Events that our role is to be that of advisor and coordinator. You, the client, will make the actual selections of service providers and Stahr Events will implement those selections.  You will make payments directly to the service providers/vendors unless otherwise discussed. Stahr Events does not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.  Stahr Events will use our professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation and your wishes.  In the event a venue coordinator is on site, Stahr Events will work with you and the coordinator as needed.
