Our staff are committed to assisting in creating the perfect occasion for all our clients. We take pride on patience, organization, reliability and commitment to each and every request. Your planner will advise and carry out all your decisions and execute them in a professional and positive manner, therefore, taking the pressure off of you.
With many years of planning and coordinating a variety of weddings and events, we are confident in delivering a successful and fabulous occasion. The enjoyment of being able to share and assist in the development of a unique and original wedding or event has created Stahr Events' reputation for excellence. We thrive on giving our clients professional advice regarding style, design, vendors, entertainment and the most important, budgeting and estimating of costs. Through our experience, we have found that by having our own reliable selection of vendors, it allows our clients, the ability to make educated decisions when signing contracts. Being able to present choice and option gives us a sense of accomplishment and our clients peace of mind.

Our role is to be that of advisor and coordinator. You, the client, will make the actual selections of service providers and Stahr Events will implement those selections. You will make payments directly to the service providers/vendors unless otherwise discussed. Stahr Events does not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product. Stahr Events will use our professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation and your wishes. In the event a venue coordinator is on site, Stahr Events will work with you and the coordinator as needed.
